Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PlayMaker Circle, operated by Elite Tech Global Solutions ("ETGS", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility and Family Accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you create, supervise, or authorize an account for a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent, legal guardian, or an authorized organization representative and accept responsibility for that use.

2) Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning team or organization permissions only to appropriate people.

3) Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Harass, exploit, impersonate, or endanger another person;
• Upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content;
• Attempt to bypass permissions, security controls, usage limits, or payment requirements;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service except where law permits; or
• Use youth, health, performance, or contact information for an unauthorized purpose.

4) User Content and Safety

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You must have permission to upload content involving other people, especially minors. We may remove content, restrict accounts, and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

5) Sports and Training Disclaimer

The Service provides organization and training tools, not medical advice, emergency services, or a substitute for qualified coaching, medical care, or safety supervision. Users are responsible for evaluating activities, facilities, equipment, and participant readiness.

6) Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans and add-ons are described at purchase. Website purchases are processed by Stripe and may renew until canceled. Prices, taxes, billing periods, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Access generally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Store-platform purchases, if offered later, are governed by that platform's billing terms.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, software, branding, and non-user content belong to ETGS or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service.

8) Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, safety risks, fraud, unlawful conduct, or threats to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific athletic results, or that user-provided information is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETGS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
